Who we are
Green Fleet Mobility Limited ("Green Fleet", "we") decides how the personal data collected through this website is used. You can reach us at [email protected], on +256 753 831 182, or at P.O. Box 218493, Kampala GPO.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email if you give it, where you work or live, your organisation, and your message.
- For rider applications: whether you ride now, where you find work, whether you have a riding permit and what you would like from us.
- For job applications: the role, where you are based, your note and any CV link you choose to share.
- Basic technical details sent with a form: the page you used, the time, and a reference number.
We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank details or documents on this website. We collect those in person, with your separate consent, if you go ahead.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your application, enquiry or message.
- To route you to the right team and keep a record of what you asked.
- To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who can see it
Only Green Fleet staff who need it to respond to you. We use service providers to host our website and our enquiry inbox; they process data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to a lender, fleet owner or partner without your separate consent.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored on secure servers run by our hosting provider, which may be outside Uganda. We keep enquiries that don't go further for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a rider, owner or partner, your contract records are kept as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it. Contact us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Office of Uganda.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some forms save an unsent draft in your own browser so you don't lose your answers; it is deleted when you send the form, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top.
